Loot the shard to get the Graven School Talisman. Jump through it to use a room with sleeping potheads and a humungous batch of glintstone shards. Jump through it to reach an extremely narrow passage with another hole at the opposite end. Once you are at the top, go to the opposite end of the room, where you will notice a broken platform.
Go down the broken platform to find the hidden room with Talisman. Loot the treasure chest if you haven't yet and take the ladder on the left. To gain access to the room, head up the stairs, past all the sorcerers, and turn left instead of going towards the Debate Parlor grace of point where you fight the Red Wolf of Radagon.
